I am truly grateful to have been under the care of Mr Pathiraja for my recent surgery. Prior to meeting him, I had consulted with several gynaecologists who insisted that open surgery was my only option. However, Mr Pathiraja was confident that a laparoscopic approach could be successful, albeit without guarantees. Not only did he achieve this less invasive method, but the outcome was exceptional, both in terms of the surgical result and my post-operative recovery. What sets Mr Pathiraja apart is not just his technical expertise but also his holistic approach to patient care. He is the first doctor who genuinely listened to my broader health concerns and took proactive steps to investigate and manage these issues, giving me a much deeper sense of reassurance about my overall wellbeing. I was initially apprehensive, having only spoken with Mr Pathiraja over the phone before the procedure. However, his calm professionalism and thorough communication soon put me at ease. His reputation among the hospital staff is testament to his skill; even the nurses commented that his patients tend to recover remarkably well. If you have the opportunity to be treated by Mr Pathiraja, you are indeed in very capable hands. He is not only a brilliant surgeon but also a compassionate and dedicated clinician. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been his patient and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of gynaecological care.

Mr Pathiraja is so compassionate and makes you feel like you are really important and cared for which is great. He always takes time to explain things and makes you feel that no question is to strange to ask him.

I've only had one consultation with Mr Pathiraja, and it was the best experience with a doctor I have ever had. I was immediately put at ease, and made to feel comfortable, despite being quite nervous at the time. It really felt as though Mr Pathiraja was working with my best interests at the centre of care, and he went above and beyond to support me, taking into account my circumstances outside of healthcare. Everything was explained very clearly to me, both my symptoms and the procedure, and all my questions were answered. I could not recommend a doctor more.
